Ghia Menswear Return & Shipping Policy

At Ghia Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a straightforward return process.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging.

To initiate a return or reserve a product for exchange, please email sales@ghiamenswear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with the next steps.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Returned items remain the responsibility of the sender until received by us. We recommend using a tracked service.

Shipping Information

Standard Delivery

  • Free 48-hour delivery via Royal Mail on all UK orders.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Next Day Delivery

  • Available for £6.00 via Royal Mail or courier service.

  • Orders must be placed by 16:00 (4 PM) for next working day delivery.
